Does Registering interest represent a commitment?
The programme recognizes that success relies upon placing an intern in with the appropriate skills in role that both benefits the sponsor and develops the interns potential. The project is only formalized when a match is made that is agreed by all parties.

How does the selection process work?
The matching of interns with projects is a consultative process. Project sponsors can review interns' skills and are encouraged to meet with prospective interns. The tertiary institution will participate in advising on interns skills and capabilities.

As a project sponsor when do I pay?
The fee for the internship is payable on the commencement of the internship, but contingent upon successful completion of the internship.

Is Additional Funding available?
The programme is supported by the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology. Funding for individual interns is available for qualifying companies and projects.
